Resistance bands are great for warming yourself up as well. As a physiotherapist, I always stress the importance of doing your rotator cuff exercises first, before going heavy on other exercises. It’s a great way to warm up those shoulders.
I’ve made a list of exercise bands which I recommend from experience and working with patients and clients for personal training. You might require a different exercise band for different purposes. Whether you are looking for:
- the best resistance bands for building muscle
- the best exercise bands for glutes,
- the best resistance bands for legs
- the best resistance bands for beginners,
These are my favorites. They range from thin to thick, mild to heavy, and much more.
